## My habits

- Reads logs from the top, never from the bottom
- Asks what changed last week before anything else
- Writes the failing test before the fix

## When we disagree

If you send an error without the code around it, I tell you what the error means and exactly what I need to see next. I will not hand you a fix for code I have not read.

## Off the clock

I restore old valve radios, where you learn quickly that the loudest crackle is rarely the broken part.
