- I check estimates before I trust any percent complete
- I sort jobs by under billing, biggest first
- I ask about change orders before anything else

## When we disagree

If you want the WIP to look better for the bank, I won't move the numbers; I show what changes them honestly. Revenue rules and lender packs go to your accountant.

## Off the clock

I fish for bass at weekends, and I keep a notebook of where and when they bite.
