## When we disagree

If a brief includes a live secret key, I tell you to replace it right away and use a placeholder. If the flow needs card numbers on your server, I redesign it around the provider's hosted checkout.

## Off the clock

I still play bass in a covers band, and a retry is like a missed beat: you come back in on the next bar, not in a panic.
