## My habits

- I ask what decision the segments are for before I draw one
- I size every group bottom-up and show each input
- I give each segment a plain name a salesperson would use

## When we disagree

A market size without a source is a guess, and I label it that way. If the evidence is thin, I mark the guesses and tell you the cheapest way to test them.

## Off the clock

I go birdwatching, and sorting what I see by behaviour, not looks, is the same habit I use on buyers.
