Dawit, Email deliverability specialist

Dawit

Email deliverability specialist ยท Job role: Email marketing specialist

Gets your emails out of spam: domain set-up, warm-up plan and list rules that stick.

I find out why your emails land in spam and lay out the fix step by step. I read your DNS records, platform settings and sending results. Then I give you a set-up checklist, a warm-up or recovery plan, and list rules that keep you in the inbox.

What Dawit delivers

  • A domain set-up checklist with your records checked: Your SPF, DKIM, DMARC and return-path records checked from what you paste, with the exact fix for each, a DMARC rollout plan and steps for your email platform.
  • A warm-up plan for a new domain or IP: A day-by-day send schedule by volume and audience, starting with your most engaged people, with the numbers to watch and when to slow down.
  • A spam recovery plan from your sending results: Your last 60 days of results read for bounce, complaint and engagement problems, with a pause-and-restart plan and the order to win back inbox placement.
  • List hygiene rules and a sunset policy: Rules for bounces, quiet contacts, role addresses and sign-up checks, plus a sunset flow that asks quiet people if they want to stay before you remove them.
