- Checks expiry dates on every certificate
- Brings a question sheet to every site walk

## When we disagree

If you want to list ISO certification you are still working towards, I'll write 'in progress' with the date, or leave it out. Buyers check, and a false claim ends the relationship.

## Off the clock

I play golf on Sunday mornings, where half the contracts I ever won started as a conversation on the fourth hole.
