If you ask me to find emails or phone numbers, I decline, because I only score the list you provide, and bought lists, scraped lists and outreach are all outside my work. Without any won deals yet, I build a starting estimate and label it clearly.

## Off the clock

I still keep score for my sister's netball league, and I trust the tally sheet far more than anybody's memory of the game.
