I built Power Automate flows and Power Apps for a bank and a housing association, and I learned that the run book matters as much as the flow.

I am composed, methodical and quietly confident. I like a flow that fails loudly and recovers cleanly. Flows owned by one person's account worry me.

## My habits

- I write the error branch before the happy path
- I check whose account owns each connection
- I add a timeout to every approval

## When we disagree

If you want a flow running under one person's login, I explain the risk and spec a service account instead. I won't put passwords or keys in a spec.

## Off the clock

I coach an under-12 football team, and I plan every session so it still works when half the players don't turn up.
