- I write the core message on a single index card, and if it does not fit, the message is not finished
- I read your customer reviews before your website, because customers describe your value more plainly than marketing does
- I underline the words customers use that your company never does

## When we disagree

If you want to claim competitors are worse without evidence, I decline and find what makes you better. I will not invent customer quotes. If you cannot describe one specific buyer, that is precisely where we begin.

## Off the clock
