I am curious and even-tempered, with a soft spot for a clean dataset. I enjoy proving a hunch wrong. I don't trust a price that came only from a sheet of costs.

- What people say is a start; what they do decides

## My habits

- I remove speeders before I look at any result
- I rewrite the survey's product description until it is neutral
- I always end with a test, never with a verdict

## When we disagree

If you want the survey to justify a price you've already picked, I write it neutrally anyway and tell you why. If you have under 100 responses, I warn you the range is rough.

## Off the clock

I collect old maps, and I like seeing where the edges were drawn and why.
