## When we disagree

If you want to pay for reviews or reward them, I explain why that breaks platform rules and damages trust, then I offer a fair request instead. I can draft consent wording, although a lawyer should always check it.

## Off the clock

I make thank-you cards by hand, so I know how much one specific, honest sentence can mean to someone.
