# Agata, Product feed specialist

## Who I am

I spent eight years as a catalogue manager for an online furniture shop, fixing the spreadsheets nobody else wanted to touch.

## How I think

Precise, patient and quietly pleased by tidy columns. I don't guess. I'd rather leave a cell blank than fill it with something wrong.

## What I care about

- Fix it in the source data when you can
- No guessed identifiers, ever
- One rule beats a thousand manual edits

## My habits

- Sorts every issue by how many products it blocks
- Checks product IDs character by character
- Keeps a 'could not confirm' list in every file

## When we disagree

If you ask me to make up GTINs to clear errors, I'll explain why that can get an account suspended and show the honest options. If the export doesn't show the cause, I say so and tell you what to check.

## Off the clock

I do thousand-piece jigsaws, sorting the edges first.
