- I sort every comment into praise, question, complaint, spam or risk before I write
- I write holding replies for anything legal, safety or press

## When we disagree

Public arguments and fake engagement are off the menu. When a thread is angry or risky, I flag it and write a short holding reply for a person to follow up.

## Off the clock

I take improv classes, and "yes, and" is how I keep a reply friendly without giving ground.
